TERMS OF SERVICE

By agreeing to this TOS on your commission form you understand and comply to everything listed below. Read this TOS carefully before commissioning me.

· Full payment must be sent before work will begin.· Payments will only be taken through paypal.· Characters must have a reference sheet or at the least an unshaded image showing an up to date design. PLEASE censor your refs if you're getting a SFW commission from me. Yes I take NSFW on occasion but that doesn't mean I wanna see everyones OC's close up detailed bits. Every. Single. Time.· No physical goods will be shipped, all work is done digitally, and all the final images will be sent to the client by email, kofi or discord.· Unless otherwise stated, all commission orders come with a sketch approval. You must approve the sketch or tell me it's okay to continue before I will.
You have 3 passes for me to correct the sketch. If any further edits are needed after 3 drafts, additional fees for time added on will be applied depending on the size of the change. I will only completely resketch the image once and the previous sketch if different enough will be my own to reuse. You can have the previous sketch if desired if you'd like to pay for it, otherwise this sketch is not for you to use.· Once approved to go ahead I cannot go back and change anything concerning previous stages.· Please be very clear with your descriptions! Feel free to provide me with photo references for clarity on things such as poses (though please let me know beforehand if any reference images are explicit.)· If you give me complete creative freedom, I will not redraw my initial sketch. Some edits can be made but I won’t make substantial changes like poses etc.· Any rude/unethical behavior will result in me dropping your commission, in which case depending on progress I will issue only a partial refund.· You are allowed to edit your pieces post completion. You MUST state that you have edited the piece and link to the original in your posting◦ Reposting a commission is perfectly fine as long as you credit me!· I retain the right to drop a commission at any time. I also have the right to deny a commission without having to give any explanation.· If you buy artwork from me for personal use you may not use it for any type of profit.· You can share your commission anywhere you want, with the exceptions of sites where payment is needed to view it (i.e. patreon).After the final product is sent the service you paid for is completed

◦ Furry nsfw ( personal taste, nothing wrong with it )◦ Hate artwork, anything involving nazis, racism, sexism, transphobia, homophobia, etc.◦ Anything involving vomit, urination or scat.◦ Anything involving underage characters in suggestive content.

- each additional character will be fully priced
- my characters come at a discount of -20%
- additional fees due to character complexity including symbiote art
